Craigstats: will craigslist kill it?

Craigstats gives the kind of community tools craigslist could be providing ("automatically grabs information from Craigslist rental listings and crunches it into various visual forms: maps that display the listings; heat maps displaying prices across neighborhoods; and graphs which chart the average price per bedroom over time"-- second half of second paragraph) .... and says it's committed to being "non-commercial" -- will Craig/craigslist still "mind"? D.
